Due to the nature of custom production, minor variations may occur and shall not be considered defects.

All payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

We do not store your card details.

5. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING

Orders enter production within 1–10 business days.

Some items may require longer production time. Please refer to the product page for specific timelines.

6. CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Orders cannot be canceled
  • No right of withdrawal applies

Once payment is completed, the order enters production and cannot be canceled.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once the order is shipped:

  • The delivery process is handled by the carrier
