1. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME
All products are made-to-order. Therefore, orders are prepared and shipped within an estimated 1–10 business days, depending on the production process.
Production times may vary depending on the product.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your purchase is subject to a production period.
2. SAME-DAY DELIVERY (DUBAI)
Same-day delivery is available for selected products within Dubai.
This service applies only:
- to specific items
- to orders placed within designated time frames
The Company reserves the right to accept or decline same-day delivery requests based on availability.
3. SHIPPING FEES
A flat shipping fee of $40 USD applies to all orders.
Free shipping is available for orders over $1,000 USD.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, any applicable:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- local fees
are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the order total.
6. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Once the order has been shipped:
- the delivery process is handled by the shipping carrier
- responsibility transfers to the customer and the carrier
The Company is not responsible for shipping delays.
7. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs clearance
- public holidays
- natural events or unforeseen circumstances
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
The Company is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. FAILED DELIVERY
If a shipment cannot be delivered and needs to be reshipped, all additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
